How To Make Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F.

In a large bowl, mix almond flour, coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Using a cookie scoop, form dough into small balls and place on a lined baking sheet.

Press down slightly on each ball to flatten.

Bake for 12 minutes.

Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
