Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas and whisk in the eggs, honey, and melted coconut oil.

In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

Slowly pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir until well combined.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
