Ingredients
- 4 fresh walleye fillets
- 16 asparagus spears, trimmed
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Wrap each walleye fillet with 4 asparagus spears and secure with toothpicks.

In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the butter mixture over the walleye and asparagus bundles.

Place the bundles on a baking sheet and top with lemon slices.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
