- 4 Walleye fillets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Brush marinade over both sides of walleye fillets.
