How To Make Mediterranean Swordfish Recipe

  • 4 swordfish fillets
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil

  • 1 tsp of dried thyme

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or stove to medium-high heat.

  2. Season the swordfish fillets with olive oil, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on both sides.

  3. Place the fillets on grill or stove and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until they are cooked through.

  4. Remove from heat and garnish with lemon slices before serving.
