- 4 swordfish steaks
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Preheat grill or oven to 400°F.

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper.

Brush swordfish steaks with mixture on both sides and let marinate for 10 minutes.
