- 1 tbsp onion powder

- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions

Preheat a cast-iron skillet on high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together all the spices and salt.

Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of each swordfish steak.

Add olive oil to the hot skillet, then add the swordfish.
