Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (such as sea bass or snapper)
- 2 inches of ginger, julienned
- 4 spring onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice wine or dry sherry
- Salt, to taste
Instructions

Place the fish fillets on a heatproof dish and season with salt.

Scatter the ginger and spring onions on top of the fish.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice wine. Pour the mixture over the fish.

Prepare a steamer and steam the fish for about 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Serve hot with steamed rice.
