Ingredients
- 2 cans of sardines, drained
- 4 cups of mixed greens
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, diced
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup kalamata olives
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, red onion, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and olives.

Add drained sardines on top of the salad.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
