Cooking fish can be very tricky, especially if some are too delicate to be cooked. Well, with our fish recipes, it’ll be easy as 1-2-3. We’ve got the details on different cooking methods for the perfect fish dish.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup miso paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
-
In a bowl, whisk together miso paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
-
Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the miso marinade over them. Make sure the fish is coated well. Marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
-
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
Remove the salmon from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Place the fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
-
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
-
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
