- 4 white fish fillets (such as cod or haddock)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup pitted black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Arrange the fish fillets in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, mix together the cherry tomatoes, black olives, parsley, and olive oil.
