Ingredients
- 4 Mahi Mahi fillets
- 1 lb. of mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, carrots, zucchini)
- 2 tbsp. of olive oil
- 1 tsp. of garlic powder
- 1 tsp. of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

On a baking sheet, toss the mixed vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
