Pan-seared Mahi Mahi topped with a delicious pesto crust that’s crispy and flavorful.

Ingredients
- 4 Mahi Mahi fillets
- 1/2 cup of basil pesto
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

In a small bowl, mix the basil pesto, breadcrumbs, and grated parmesan cheese together to form a crust.

Press the pesto crust onto each Mahi Mahi fillet, covering the top completely.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Place the Mahi Mahi fillets crust side up in the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes until the crust is golden brown.

Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the Mahi Mahi is cooked through.
