This dish features succulent Mahi Mahi, seasoned and grilled to perfection, served with a flavorful Mediterranean salsa.

Ingredients
- 4 Mahi Mahi fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- For the Mediterranean salsa:
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 small cucumber, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup chopped kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Season the Mahi Mahi fillets with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on both sides.

Brush the fillets with olive oil.

Grill the fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

To make the Mediterranean salsa, mix together the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, parsley, mint, olives, feta cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
