How To Make Mahi Mahi with Cilantro Lime Marinade Recipe
Delicious and healthy Mahi Mahi coated in a zesty cilantro lime marinade.

Ingredients
- 4 Mahi Mahi fillets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium high heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.

Place Mahi Mahi fillets in a large resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over them. Seal the bag and gently massage the marinade into the fish. Marinate for 10 minutes.

Remove Mahi Mahi from the bag and place on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

Serve hot with additional lime wedges and cilantro sprigs for garnish.
