How To Make Mahi Mahi Piccata Recipe
Mahi Mahi fillets are cooked in a buttery lemon-wine sauce with capers for a delicious and easy Piccata dish.

Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz) Mahi Mahi fillets
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup Dry white wine
- 1/4 cup Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Capers, rinsed and drained
- 1 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Season both sides of Mahi Mahi fillets with salt and black pepper.

Dredge the fillets in flour and shake off any excess.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add Mahi Mahi fillets to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.

Remove the fillets from skillet and keep warm.

Add white wine, lemon juice, and capers to the same skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly.

Pour the sauce over Mahi Mahi fillets and garnish with parsley.

Serve hot.
