- 4 (6 oz) flounder fillets
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a bowl, mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, melted butter, salt, and pepper.

Lay out the flounder fillets and place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each one.

Fold the fillet over the filling and secure with toothpicks.

Place the stuffed fillets in a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
