How To Make Spinach Fish Cakes

These crispy fish cakes are packed with spinach and flavor, perfect for a delicious and healthy meal.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked and flaked fish
  • 1 cup of cooked spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the fish, spinach, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  2. Add in the beaten eggs and mix until a uniform consistency is reached.

  3. Form the mixture into 8 patties and place them on a baking sheet.

  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the patties and bake them in a 375°F oven for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.

  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
