How To Make Spinach Fish Cakes
These crispy fish cakes are packed with spinach and flavor, perfect for a delicious and healthy meal.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked and flaked fish
- 1 cup of cooked spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix the fish, spinach, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Add in the beaten eggs and mix until a uniform consistency is reached.

Form the mixture into 8 patties and place them on a baking sheet.

Drizzle the olive oil over the patties and bake them in a 375°F oven for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
