How To Make Catfish Tacos
A mouth-watering dish that will satisfy your cravings for authentic Mexican food!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb catfish fillets, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a small bowl, mix cumin powder, coriander powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the spice mix onto the catfish pieces.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the catfish until golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Heat the tortillas in the oven for a few minutes.

Assemble the tacos by placing a few pieces of catfish onto a tortilla, top with shredded red cabbage, avocado slices and a squeeze of lime.
