  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, cayenne pepper, flour, and cornmeal.

  2. Coat the catfish fillets in the flour mixture.

  3. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.

  4. Place the fillets in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.

  5. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
