- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup prepared salsa
Instructions

Preheat a large skillet over high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, and salt.

Rub the mixture onto both sides of the catfish fillets.

Add vegetable oil into the skillet.
