- 4 sea bass fillets
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 tbsp capers
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the sea bass fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
