- 4 monkfish fillets
- 8 strips of bacon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh lemon wedges for serving

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wrap each monkfish fillet tightly with 2 strips of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the wrapped fillets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the fish is cooked through.
