Ingredients
- 500g spaghetti
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 8 anchovies, chopped
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Add the anchovies and red pepper flakes and cook until the anchovies are melted into the oil, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat with the anchovy sauce.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
