  • 1/2 cup of roasted red peppers
  • 4 anchovy fillets
  • 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a blender or food processor, combine roasted red peppers, anchovy fillets, parmesan cheese, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper until smooth.

  3. Transfer mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
