How To Make Anchovy and Olive Tart Recipe

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1/4 cup of black olive tapenade
  • 8-10 anchovy fillets
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Roll out puff pastry and place onto a baking sheet.

  3. Spread olive tapenade over pastry.

  4. Place anchovy fillets over tapenade.

  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over anchovies.

  6. Brush beaten egg over the edges of the pastry.

  7. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.

  8. Serve warm.
