- 1 can (2 oz) anchovy fillets, drained and chopped
- 1 cup green olives, pitted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup capers, drained
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

In a food processor, pulse together the anchovy fillets, olives, garlic, and capers until finely chopped.

Gradually add in the olive oil and lemon juice while pulsing until mixture forms a thick paste.
