Ingredients
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp white vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh chives for garnish
Instructions

Peel and mash the hard-boiled eggs in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Add the mayonnaise mixture to the mashed eggs and mix well.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
