Ingredients
- 4 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
- 4 cups water
- 4 black tea bags
- 1/4 cup honey or sugar (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil.

Add the peach slices and simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and add the black tea bags. Steep for 5 minutes.

Remove the tea bags and let the mixture cool for a few minutes.

Use a blender or immersion blender to puree the peach mixture until smooth.
