  • 1/2 medium sized cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add cauliflower, raspberries, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Add ice cubes and blend again until creamy.

  4. Pour into glasses and serve.
