How To Make Smoothie Cubes
When you want a drink that’s filling and healthy, go for a smoothie. These smoothie recipes will help keep you stay refreshed all day long!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions

In a blender, combine the bananas, frozen berries, spinach, almond milk, honey, and chia seeds. Blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.

Once frozen, remove the smoothie cubes from the tray and transfer them to a freezer bag for easier storage.

When ready to enjoy, simply add a few smoothie cubes to a blender along with a liquid of your choice (more almond milk or water) and blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and enjoy your refreshing smoothie!
