- 1 cup fat vanilla yogurt, or low fat milk
- 1 cup non fat milk, or low fat milk
- 1 kiwi , peeled and quartered
- ½ fresh banana
- 4 ice cubes
For sweeter smoothie add:
- 1 tbsp sugar , or 1 packet of Equal

- Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and mix at high speed for 30 to 45 seconds.
