How To Make Instant Coffee Biscotti Recipe
A crispy and crunchy biscuit with a strong coffee flavor to go with your morning brew.

Ingredients
- 1 ⅔ cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon of instant coffee
- 2/3 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix together the flour, instant coffee, sugar, and baking powder.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

On a floured surface, shape the dough into a log and transfer it to the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool for 10 minutes.

Slice the biscotti to your desired thickness and place them back on the baking sheet.

Bake for another 10-12 minutes or until crispy.
