How To Make Ginger Shandies

This ginger shandies recipe makes a fizzy concoction with its combination of Hoegaarden and ginger beer for a cooling and boozy drink.

  • 3bottlesHoegaarden beer,chilled
  • 1bottleginger beer,chilled
  • 1lemon,thinly sliced
  • mint sprigs,to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine Hoegaarden with ginger beer. Stir in most lemon slices and mint sprigs.

  2. Fill 6 rocks glasses with ice. Add remaining lemon slices to glasses and pour in shandy.

  3. Garnish each drink with a mint sprig and serve.
