- 16 fresh oysters
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Crushed ice, for serving
- Lemon wedges, for garnish
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Shuck the oysters and place them on a bed of crushed ice.

In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, hot sauce, and black pepper to make the cocktail sauce.
