- 8 ladyfingers
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 8 oz reduced-fat cream cheese
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate, grated
Instructions

Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee and arrange them in a single layer in a serving dish.

In a medium bowl, mix together the cocoa powder, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy.

Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the ladyfingers in the dish.

Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and cream cheese mixture.

Sprinkle the grated dark chocolate on top.

Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
