Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 1 lb of salmon fillets
- 1 cup of broccoli florets
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface and cut into thin strips.

In a bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Brush the mixture onto the salmon fillets.
