Ingredients
- 2 ripe pears, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a tart pan with butter or cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, combine almond meal, flour, oats, brown sugar, melted butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.

Press the mixture into the greased tart pan, covering the bottom and sides evenly.
