- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup ground almonds
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1/4 cup blackberry jam
- 1/4 cup fresh blackberries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease 4 mini tart pans.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, butter, sugar, ground almonds, and almond extract. Use your fingers to rub the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

Divide the dough evenly among the greased tart pans and press it down to form the crust.

Spoon a tablespoon of blackberry jam into each tart and spread it out evenly.

Arrange fresh blackberries on top of the jam-filled tarts.
