Ingredients
- 1 pre-made tart crust
- 2 ripe peaches
- 2 ripe nectarines
- 2 ripe apricots
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Place the pre-made tart crust in a tart pan and set aside.

Slice the peaches, nectarines, and apricots into thin wedges.

Arrange the fruit slices in the tart crust, starting from the outer edge and working your way towards the center.

In a clean mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.

Gradually add the sugar and cream of tartar while beating the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Spoon the meringue over the fruit slices, covering the entire tart.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the meringue is golden brown.
