- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of mixed spring vegetables (such as asparagus, peas, and cherry tomatoes)
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the puff pastry sheet onto the prepared baking sheet.
