Ingredients
- 1 cup of pudding rice
- 4 cups of whole milk
- 1 cup of clotted cream
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- pinch of ground nutmeg
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).

In a large ovenproof dish, combine the rice, milk, clotted cream, sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and nutmeg.

Stir well to ensure the sugar is dissolved and the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven.

Bake for 1 hour, then remove the foil and stir the rice pudding gently.

Return the dish to the oven, uncovered, and bake for another hour until the rice is tender and the top is golden.
