Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh corn kernels
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

In a blender, blend 2 cups of corn kernels with milk until smooth. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk eggs until well beaten.

Add the corn and milk mixture to the beaten eggs, followed by flour, sugar, salt, black pepper, melted butter, and nutmeg. Stir until well combined.

Stir in the remaining 1 cup of corn kernels.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until the pudding is set and golden brown on top.
