- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
- 1/3 cup almond milk (or any other milk of your choice)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: chopped nuts, shredded coconut, fresh berries
Instructions

Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pits. Scoop out the flesh and place it in a blender or food processor.

Add cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender or food processor.

Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if desired.

Transfer the pudding to serving bowls or glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow it to set.
