How To Make Butterscotch Raisin Bread Pudding
Enjoy sweet and moist bread pudding with this easy recipe. French bread cubes are topped with raisins and soaked in butterscotch for a simple baked treat.

- 1cupbutterscotch topping
- 2eggs
- 1cupevaporated milk,non-fat
- 2cupsfrench bread cubes
- ⅓cupgolden raisins
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the butterscotch topping, eggs, and evaporated milk. Place ½ of bread cubes in the bottom of the baking dish. Cover with raisins.

Pour ½ of the topping mixture over raisins, and then layer remaining bread cubes and rest of the topping over that. Press the bread down to soak up the butterscotch mixture.

Let stand 20 minutes.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, until heated through and set. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
