- 1 ½ cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp of unsalted butter, melted
- 4 large egg yolks
- 14 oz of sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.

In another bowl, whisk the egg yolks until smooth. Gradually whisk in the condensed milk, key lime juice, and key lime zest until well combined.
