- 1 1/2 cups walnuts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold and cubed
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a food processor, pulse the walnuts until finely ground.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground walnuts, flour, sugar, and salt.

Add the cold cubed butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
