  • 4 large potatoes, grated
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Cooking oil, for greasing the pan

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a round cake pan with cooking oil.

  2. Place the grated potatoes in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated potatoes, all-purpose flour, Parmesan cheese, beaten eggs, melted butter, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

  4. Pour the potato mixture into the greased cake pan and spread it evenly.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and crispy on the edges.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.

  7. Serve the Tatie Cake warm as a side dish or as a main course with a salad.
