Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 cup sour cherries, pitted
- 1/2 cup marzipan, grated
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 8 equal squares.

Take one square and make diagonal cuts towards the center, leaving the center intact. Repeat with all squares.

Place a spoonful of sour cherries in the center of each square, followed by a sprinkle of grated marzipan.

Fold the corners of each square towards the center, creating a chrysanthemum shape.

Sprinkle the pastries with granulated sugar.

Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
