Ingredients
- 150g (1 1/4 cups) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 150g (3/4 cup) unsalted butter, softened
- 150g (3/4 cup) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g (1/2 cup) white chocolate, chopped
- 150g (1 cup) fresh raspberries
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a rectangular baking tray.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Set aside.

In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

Fold in the chopped white chocolate and fresh raspberries.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking tray and spread evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
